The author of hits Pugacheva sued the popular TV show
Russian composer and songwriter of Alla Pugacheva Oleg Vladi sued Comedy Club Production, reports the Telegram channel Mash.
The reason for the lawsuit was the release of the show “Dancing” in 2016, during which the singer Svetlana Loboda performed her hit “Or maybe to hell with love”, written by Vladi.
The composer did not see his name mentioned in the recording of the program and filed a lawsuit demanding that the release of the program be removed and that half a million rubles be paid to him as compensation for non-pecuniary damage.
At the beginning of the year, Vladi sued Loboda herself because of the use of songs written by him without indicating his name in the credits of the programs. He also demanded 500 thousand rubles from the artist.
In addition to Pugacheva and Loboda, Vladi also wrote songs for Kristina Orbakaite, Ani Lorak, Philip Kirkorov and other performers.
