The founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin, in an interview with RIA FAN military correspondent Alexander Simonov, said that the son of Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov served in the special operation zone in Ukraine in the ranks of a private military company as a “simple gunner”.

Few people know about this,” said Yevgeny Prigozhin in a video posted on the Callsign Bruce Telegram channel.

Mr. Prigozhin did not name the press secretary’s son. Apparently, we are talking about 33-year-old Nikolai Peskov. Since the 1990s he lived In Great Britain. In 2010-2012, he served in the Strategic Missile Forces of the RF Armed Forces, and since 2020 he has been an adviser to the President of the Russian Equestrian Federation. Mr. Prigozhin also did not specify what period of time he was talking about.

In September 2022, Nikolai Peskov called an associate of Alexei Navalny, Dmitry Nizovtsev (declared a foreign agent), who introduced himself as an employee of the military command, and said that he needed to appear at the military registration and enlistment office.
