Some regions of Russia predicted frosts

Head of laboratories of the Hydrometeorological Center Lyudmila Parshina in an interview with URA.RU stated that at the end of this week, night frosts are expected in southwestern Siberia, in the Irkutsk, Novgorod, Pskov and Leningrad regions, as well as in the southern and central regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to her, the frosts that occur in May can be dangerous weather events, as the vegetation of plants can happen.
“The temperature at night in the regions of southwestern Siberia, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk Region will drop to minus 1 – minus 6 degrees. During the day, the thermometer will show from 15 to 20 degrees,” said Parshina.
She clarified that light frosts are possible on Sunday in the Leningrad, Novgorod and Pskov regions. In these regions, the temperature at night will be up to 3 degrees.
