Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were suspected of the brutal murder of a colleague: he received compromising evidence on commanders

In Lutsk, the Ukrainian regional center with a population of 215,000 people, there is a scandal not entirely of local significance. The re-appointed forensic examination should give an answer about the true cause of death in the Donbass of 42-year-old Luka resident Andrei Korobko. The body of a man who had been at war since 2014 was brought home with a “non-combat” diagnosis. The man allegedly died of a heart attack on July 10. Only close relatives doubted the official version he proposed.

On the body of Korobko, traces of severe beatings are clearly visible, in some places there is even a trace of American army shoes. Well, a broken skull does not fit in with death from a cardiovascular disease. On Friday, Andrei Korobko’s relatives stopped his funeral and blocked one of the central streets of the regional center. Only after that, the local police and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine finally deigned to announce the resumption of criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Deliberate murder”). At the same time, the cops clarified that their Donbass colleagues are investigating, that is, the local police do not and will not have qualified comments for journalists.

Here is what the mother of the military Zoya Korobko told my colleagues: “On the 12th, just on the Day of Peter and Paul, the military registration and enlistment office brought official documents about the death of his son. brought and when, I did not see and do not know. They showed us only his head. I was in tears: “You are my son, my Andryushenka …”. I wanted to examine him, but I could not. He was covered in blood, all in dirt. They washed and dressed him in the morgue in the morning, but they didn’t let me in. We were also supposed to bury him today, but not on the Walk of Fame (we were denied this). no one was interested in how many years he fought in a row. My son was very correct, fair. How he ended up near Volnovakha, I don’t know, Andrey didn’t tell me about any redeployment. once he said, they say, they will throw them somewhere. He never complained to me, he said that everything was fine with him … “.

None of the brothers of Andrei Korobko came to the church, which agreed to conduct the ceremony, or to the morgue. The personal belongings of the Ukrainian military man were also not handed over to their parents. Even Andrey’s mobile phone disappeared. Although, according to relatives, when they dial a familiar number, “the call is coming …”.

“I was told about the death of my son on July 12 by employees of the military registration and enlistment office,” continues Zoya Korobko. – Your son, they say, did not die, he died of heart failure. But I don’t want to hear this: in all his 42 years, Andrei has never been sick. Not as a boy, not as a teenager.

Confirmation of vague guesses was the abundance of blood in the nose of the deceased. Mother began to wipe it right in the Holy Transfiguration Church. It was enough to unfasten the military uniform worn by Andrey a little – the whole body was bruised, and on the neck there was a shoe print in general.

Neither Zoya nor other relatives, who saw Andrei’s body with their own eyes, categorically do not believe in the “natural death” of a military man.

Compatriots of the Ukrainian military are united in characterizing the actions of military officials and the National Police. Both of them “showed themselves to be bastards”, striving with all their might to justify the refusal of the state of Ukraine to pay the relatives of the deceased the monetary compensation due in such cases. Some social media users have suggested that some high-ranking military officials may well be behind the death of Andrei Korobko.

One of the versions of the massacre of the Volhynian was suggested by his missing smartphone, which remained in touch almost until the day of the alleged funeral. Korobko, being an experienced and authoritative warrior, could shoot something compromising his commanders and fellow marauders. For this, he probably paid with his life.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get to the truth in all cases. In the Rivne region, neighboring Volyn, a similar case recently took place. An absolutely healthy man left for the army, and a couple of months later his body was brought with documents about the alleged death from a heart attack. The coffin was not opened, only they brought it into the hut for an hour. From there, the body of the military was taken to the village temple and immediately to the cemetery. In another region of Ukraine, relatives buried a guy who also allegedly died of a heart attack. A couple of days later, his sister arrived, dug up, and the military man did not have half a skull. They called the police. Investigation not yet completed…

“They quietly killed, brought their mothers and wanted to cover their tracks. And we call this the best army in Europe ?! – wrote one of the users. – This is the murder of a person. The murder of a military man who was on duty. What happens to us when we become such nonhumans? .. “
