Neighbors of Sofia Mikhailovna said that workers are looking after the house and the plot of Rotaru. But the singer herself has not been seen here for a long time.
“My friends contacted her assistants and offered a substantial sum for the house,” Kalashnikova continues. But there was a categorical refusal. Rotaru refused to sell the house. As I was told, Sofia Mikhailovna values it very much, since for her this mansion is a memory of her beloved husband Anatoly. Moreover, they were told that Rotaru plans to return to it and live there after the end of the conflict. She is really comfortable there. Everyone knows that Sofia Mikhailovna has problems with her respiratory system. Therefore, the Crimean climate suits her perfectly.
