Sergei Sobyanin spoke about improving infrastructure in the Ivanovskoe, Vostochnoye and Severnoye Izmailovo districts
285,000 Muscovites live in the Ivanovskoye, Eastern and Northern Izmailovo districts. These areas are distinguished by good ecology, but the infrastructure of each of them required a serious upgrade: it was from here that the implementation of the city renovation program was launched. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about this on his personal website.
In February 2018, residents of the five-story building on the street. K. Fedina began to move to the first house built in Moscow as part of the renovation at the address: st. 5th Parkovaya, 62b. At present, 10 new buildings are being occupied, the mayor noted. New comfortable apartments are settled or are at the stage of settling 6.5 thousand residents of Ivanovo, East and North Izmailovo. In total, 253 houses are to be resettled – over 50 thousand people live in them. “Thanks to the renovation program, almost every sixth resident of these areas will improve their living conditions,” Sergei Sobyanin wrote.
In the east of Moscow, the material and technical base of education is being actively updated. In recent years, 8 kindergartens for 1,570 additional places have been built in three districts.
The modernization of the outpatient department is also underway. Comprehensive reconstruction was carried out in branch No. 3 of polyclinic No. 175. Three more buildings are planned to be renovated by the end of this year.
Overhaul was carried out in a number of social security institutions. Among them is the territorial center of social services “Novogireevo” branch “Ivanovsky” – the center of Moscow longevity “Ivanovskoye” was opened there.
The sports infrastructure was replenished with a new sports complex of the Olympic reserve school No. 1, located at st. 16th Parkovaya, 17, building 8. It includes two swimming pools, a gym, choreography and rhythmic gymnastics halls. The sports palace is open to everyone, including fans of water sports.
