Sobyanin: over 19 billion rubles were allocated for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Moscow
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on his personal Telegram channel that Moscow has allocated more than 19 billion rubles to small and medium-sized businesses since the beginning of 2023.
“More than 2.5 thousand enterprises of the capital received help,” Sobyanin wrote.
The mayor stressed that among the support measures there are subsidies for lowering interest rates on loans, grants for the purchase of equipment and guarantees for obtaining loans.
Sobyanin also clarified that in the spring of this year, a pilot project on lending secured by intellectual property was launched in Moscow. In June, the first such agreements were signed with the GeoSpektr Institute of Oil and Gas Technologies for 16.3 million rubles and Interin-Technologies, a software developer for medical institutions, for 50 million rubles.
In addition, he added that this year they began to issue grants for the development of urban farms, which were approved by 11 companies.
