Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that in none of the areas there is a shortage of personnel due to partial mobilization. According to him, most of those who left Moscow in September have returned and continue to work.
“I do not know such a question, to be honest. I heard, I read somewhere on the Internet that now, during mobilization, everyone will leave, we will have such a deficit. I do not feel this deficit in any industry. Everyone is working normally,” Sergei Sobyanin said. “RIA News”.
Mr. Sobyanin added that most of the people who left Moscow after the announcement of partial mobilization returned to the city and continue to work. “But we have always had large migration flows in Moscow. And even the outflow of several thousand people there does not affect the labor market in any way,” he said.
Earlier, HR-holding Ventra reported that 45% of employers across Russia faced a shortage of personnel due to partial mobilization. Businesses plan to hire more older workers and younger job seekers with no experience. Some also intend to employ women in traditionally “male” jobs.
