The funds will go to the State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Metro” and will be used, among other things, to continue work on the physical isolation of tram tracks with a side stone. Also, part of the funds will be spent on the purchase of equipment for the modernization of turnouts and special equipment for repair work.
The length of tram lines in Moscow is 418 km, of which about 60% are physically separated from motor roads and are located on a separate track.
