Smog is recorded at the Moscow weather stations VDNH and Balchug, as well as in the Moscow region – in Naro-Fominsk, Serpukhov, Dmitrov, Kolomna, Domodedovo. “The geography of smoke from forest fires in the capital region has expanded,” Mr. Tishkovets wrote in his Telegram channel.
Since last week, residents of Moscow complain on smog and fumes. Smoke from the fires reached the capital from the Ryazan region, where large forest fires are recorded. The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of the risk of forest and peat fires in the Moscow region.
