The only project in the rating that offers apartments with a pre-finishing finish is the comfort-class LCD “Love and Pigeons” in the Zapadnoye Degunino district. Studio of 20 sq. m here can be purchased for 7.4 million rubles. That is, the price per “square” in this case will be 370 thousand rubles.
