Slepakov’s defense noted that only a philologist and linguist could give such a conclusion. The representative of the artist began to ask the representative of Vorobyov whether he was a philologist. The court rejected this question, and when Slepakov’s representative began to resent, the judge reprimanded him.
The main argument of the Ministry of Justice is that Slepakov received money from a certain RLG LLC and the Russian Authors’ Society, which, in turn, according to Rosfinmonitoring, received money from abroad. In response, the representative of the artist noted that the receipt of money from RLG LLC was not proven in any way. As for RAO, then, if we argue in this way, then all authors should be made foreign agents.
