The first department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the capital’s head office of the Sledkom, as part of a criminal investigation under articles on hooliganism, detained five people from Central Asia born in 2002-2007.
In 2022-2023, they created an organized criminal group in Moscow and grossly violated public order. The defendants in the case, out of hooligan motives, unreasonably struck others with punches and kicks. They recorded attacks on citizens on video.
“Distributed in social networks, thereby demonstrating to an unlimited circle of people a gross violation of public order, expressing clear disrespect for society and permissiveness,” – said in a departmental announcement.
Migrants planned crimes in advance and involved minors in their commission. To attack, they chose exclusively public places, provoked conflicts, and then, using numerical and physical superiority, used violence.
All defendants in the case have been arrested. Among them is the organizer of mass fights.
