Ski supermarathon will take place in Monchegorsk

Already this week, a skiing supermarathon starts in Monchegorsk: on April 12 and 14, the Russian Ski Racing Championship and Championship among juniors and men at distances of 50 and 70 km will be held on the city’s slopes. The competition starts at 10:00.
The opening ceremony will take place at 18:00 the day before the competition at the Umka sports and recreation center, the local administration reports. The strongest athletes of our country will fight for victory, but the event, the authorities assure, will be a holiday not only for them, but also for the spectators.
Earlier it became known that the Valley of Comfort had already been prepared for the final of the Commonwealth Biathlon Cup. “MK in Murmansk” wrote that our region will be represented by six people.
