Six cases of deltacron infection detected in Russia

In Russia, six cases of the disease with a new variety of COVID-19 – “deltacron” were detected. It is a hybrid of the delta and omicron strains. Five cases of infection were detected in St. Petersburg, one in Moscow. In total, today, August 11, 25,815 cases of coronavirus infection were detected. This is the maximum since March 25th.
