Shooters from the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug became Russian champions for the third time in a row

Yamal bullet athletes Alina Khizbullina and Vladimir Maslennikov again became champions of Russia, the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported.
“For the third year in a row, Alina Khizbullina and Vladimir Maslennikov become national champions in bullet shooting and prove that they have no equal. The athletes won among 60 pairs in the Olympic exercise “VP-PS” (air rifle shooting, mixed pair),” the report says.
The Yamal residents represent the Tatyana Akhatova Olympic Reserve Sports School and the November Sports and Shooting Club “Olympus”. Trainers: Natalia Nikulshina, Alexey Yurkov.
The Russian Bullet Shooting Championship was held in Izhevsk from February 5 to 14. 420 athletes from 44 regions of the country took part in the competition. In the team competition, Yamal took sixth place.
Let us remind you that according to the results of the “VP-60” exercise, Vladimir Maslennikov took first place at these competitions.
