American film star Sharon Stone admitted that she faced sexual harassment in Hollywood. In particular, the actress accused one of the former executives of the Sony Pictures film studio of harassment. TheWrap reports this.

According to the actress, the incident occurred in the late 80s, even before the widespread fame that the film Basic Instinct gave her. She came to a meeting in the office of the co-owner of the studio. As the actress admitted, the filmmaker first showered her with compliments, and then rudely suggested that she have oral sex. According to Stone, at that moment she became hysterical, laughing and roaring at the same time. Frightened by such a reaction, the studio manager ordered the secretary to kick her out.

Stone stated that she hid the incident because she was afraid of being left without roles. However, she never revealed the name of the alleged offender.

The Sony Pictures film studio was founded in 1987 by Peter Gruber and Jon Peters. Guber has never been publicly accused of sexual misconduct. At the same time, John Peters was ordered by a jury in 2011 to pay more than $3 million to a former assistant after allegations of harassment and creating a hostile work environment.
