Governor of the Kaluga Region Vladislav Shapsha congratulated the students of the Trud sports school on their bronze medals. The head of the region addressed the athletes on Tuesday, April 16.
He noted that the Central Sports Palace had again become a platform for a high-level tournament, where our athletes were able to achieve heights.
“Kaluga these days is not only cosmic, but also sports. The All-Russian children’s and youth badminton competitions were held in the region. More than 330 children from 22 regions of the country came to the tournament. Kaluga residents also competed for medals,” Shapsha wrote on his social networks.
He emphasized that the Kaluga residents have three bronze medals in total. Two of them were won by Anastasia Chvokina. One is Evgeniy Polevoy.
The governor wished the athletes new heights.
