The first winter month is coming to an end, which indicates that the start of big football battles in the Nizhny Novgorod region is approaching. While most of the professional clubs have already started the season, the time for amateur teams will come at the end of April, but some of them have already returned from vacation and started training camps. One of these is Peshelan Shakhtar, which became the champion of the Major League at the end of last season. The Pitmen started training quite recently, but they already managed to play a test match with a strong opponent representing the Second League “B”.
On March 24, Shakhtar met with Dynamo Kirov, playing in Group No. 4 of the Second League B. The meeting took place at the stadium of the sports base “Sea of Sports” and ended with a positive result for Shakhtar. Shakhtar, who did not really train, was able to bring the meeting with Dynamo Kirov to a draw, which should now be in excellent condition, given the start of the championship on April 13. Thus, the final whistle of the referee recorded a draw with a score of 2:2. Evgeniy Usimov scored goals for Shakhtar.
