Four regions of Yakutia have been identified as fall zones for separating parts of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle
The launch of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle from the Vostochny Cosmodrome is scheduled for June 27 at 14:34 Moscow time. The flight path will pass through the territories of the southern and western regions of Yakutia.
Regional rescue service informed local residents that the territories of the Aldan, Olekminsky, Vilyuisky and Verkhnevilyuisky regions are defined as the fall zones of the separated parts of the launch vehicle.
Residents of these areas were advised to refrain from visiting forest areas, not to leave settlements and be vigilant.
The Rescue Service of Yakutia has already formed groups of rescuers who will be equipped with the necessary equipment and machinery. Post-launch environmental studies, search and evacuation of detachable parts are planned.
