Serpukhov swimmers won more than 30 medals

More than 100 athletes from the Moscow region gathered on March 2 in the pool of the Nadezhda Sports Palace to participate in the underwater sports competition “Cup of the Serpukhov City District”.
Athletes competed at distances of 50 m and 100 m in classic fins and diving, demonstrating their skills and endurance. All participants gave their all to compete for well-deserved awards and honors.
On this day, Serpukhov athletes again proved their high level of training and professionalism, delighting everyone with their achievements and results. Pupils of the sports schools “Zvezda” and “Zubrenok” won as many as 37 medals, 13 of which were gold!
These young athletes are a shining example that hard work and perseverance are not in vain.
Among the winners: Daria Prokhorova (3 medals), Maria Uryadchenko (3 medals), Savely Petrunin (2 medals), Daniil Korobkov (2 medals), as well as Olivia Usova, Angelina Nazarova and Maxim Kundenkov. Their perseverance, skill and willpower deserve sincere respect and admiration!
The winners were: Ekaterina Karpova, Kira Karpova, Arina Rodina, Dmitry Ryabichenko, Maxim Ershov, Miron Zakharov, Vsevolod Matveev, Kirill Budanov, Nikita Paranin, Viktor Drozdov, Artem Glotov.
The final moment of the competition was the award ceremony, which was conducted by an experienced and professional athlete, Honored Master of Sports and Russian record holder Andrei Arbuzov.
Such events contribute to the development of sports culture and instill in young people the desire to achieve high results.
