FAS allowed Russian Post to raise prices slightly
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has proposed setting a new marginal cost for sending internal correspondence. From documentpublished today on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts, it follows that the prices for postal services may increase by an average of 6.6%.
In particular, it is planned to increase the fee for sending written correspondence by 7.3%. For example, sending a letter weighing up to 20 grams today costs 27 rubles, and it will be 29. Sending registered mail can rise in price by 6.3%, and if today a registered letter can be sent for 63 rubles, then after adjusting prices, this service will cost 67 rubles. Finally, insured mail should rise in price by 6.8%. So, sending a letter with a declared value over a distance of less than 600 km, which now costs 130 rubles, will cost 139 rubles.
