Senator Lebedev spoke about the development of hunting legislation

On the air of “MK”, ​​devoted to hunting in Russia, the senator of the Nizhny Novgorod region Vladimir Albertovich Lebedev told what programs are missing in the hunting industry.

“State power can be divided into several branches. Recently, fortunately, we have given a very good impetus to the development of hunting legislation, – says Vladimir Albertovich. – For the first time in many years, we have turned all the legislation towards hunters and hunting use: how to remove barriers, how to alleviate the situation, how to improve the accounting system. Now there is an important bill, which is directed to state bodies – so that they control not the process of hunting management, but the result. So that they do not come with a check, what are my full houses, how it is painted and how the documents are filled out, but evaluate the main criterion – how do you achieve such a number of animals. After all, this is your business plan, the country is huge, you can’t fit everyone in the same size – the number of animals is different everywhere. I counted their number and concluded whether a person is doing a good job or not. The federal executive body is also very different: the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation do not see us, we simply do not exist for them. They don’t understand processes. It is good that there is the Ministry of Natural Resources, which really helps us. They are hard, but they really help. At the moment, all branches of environmental management in agriculture have their own programs: both lending and subsidizing. There is nothing in the hunting economy.”
