Andrey Klishas, Head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building of the Russian Federation commented statement of the Senator from Crimea Sergey Tsekov, who proposed confiscate property from Russians who have left the country and criticize their homeland.
“For a number of colleagues, the craving for outrageous statements wins everything. It is unconstitutional, which is why it is unrealizable,” Klishas noted.
The Polish authorities decided change constitution in order to get a legal opportunity to confiscate the assets of Gazprom.
