“I traditionally like to celebrate the bright holiday of Easter somewhere in nature. Spring comes into its own, and I want to be in silence on this holiday, listen to the birds, take a leisurely stroll and communicate with nature. This year I will go to the equestrian complex near Moscow. I want to ride horses, to be alone with myself. There is a very bright mood in Easter that you want to keep for a long time. Be sure to take a small cake and Easter eggs with me. This year I dyed them according to a new recipe for myself – hibiscus tea. It turned out very nice!”

To begin with, the eggs must first be removed from the refrigerator so that they warm up to room temperature. Wash with soda and wipe off all the inscriptions. Pour a pack of hibiscus tea into a saucepan, pour water over it. Put eggs in this water, after it boils – make minimal heating and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the eggs from the pan and let them and the broth cool. Then strain the broth, add a tablespoon of vinegar to it. Put the eggs back into this tea decoction. To achieve different colors, we keep the eggs in the broth for a different amount of time. The first egg can be obtained after 20 minutes, and the second – after forty minutes, the third – after an hour and a half. After the eggs are dry, you can grate with a small amount of vegetable oil. It turns out beautiful and unusual!

The duck carcass must be thoroughly washed and dried. In a bowl, mix salt, ground pepper and bay leaf. Grate the duck well with spices inside and out, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. If you want, add garlic pieces under the skin, making cuts. I prefer duck without garlic. Before removing the bird from the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the apples into quarters, removing the core. Grate the carcass with a small amount of mayonnaise, for a crust. Put the apples inside the carcass. Carefully place the duck in the roasting sleeve, making holes in it for steam to escape from the top. This allows the duck to cook evenly and the sleeve will not “swell”. Bake for approximately 2 hours based on: 40 min. – 1 hour per 1 kg of poultry. 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, you can tear the sleeve from the top along the seam and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. You will get an appetizing crust. Put the finished duck on a dish. Happy holiday!
