Schoolchildren and students will learn how to create and promote their business ideas

The championship of entrepreneurial ideas for schoolchildren and college students started in Moscow Business Skills.
Pupils in grades 7-11, as well as college students, will first get acquainted with technologies for developing and promoting their own startups, then they will listen to lectures on what tools to use to promote their business ideas.
According to Andrey Zinin, director of the City Methodological Center of the Department of Education and Science of Moscow, the Business Skills championship of entrepreneurial ideas helps to create an active community of young Muscovites who are going to be engaged in entrepreneurship in the future.
— The guys exchange ideas and form their own business projects at a very high level. This develops the competencies of modern leaders, people tuned to personal efficiency and success,” said the head of the HMC.
The first stage of the championship, when its participants will gain knowledge in the field of economics and business, as well as solve cases, will last until January 10. As part of the second stage, schoolchildren and students will unite in teams of two and, under the guidance of business experts, will develop their startups in several areas: “production”, “trade and functional food”, “housing and communal services and landscape design”, “sphere services”, “social business”, “information technologies”, “ecology and education”.
The third stage, which will be held from March 27 to April 14, will include the authors of the best projects. They will make open presentations of their startups and answer questions from the jury members and members of other teams. Based on the results of the presentations, the following will be selected: the best business idea, the most attractive business model, the most developed business plan, an effective promotion strategy and the best public initiative. Participants will receive recommendations on the development of startups from leading experts from various business sectors.
