School teachers will be taught to develop students’ talents even better

Tomorrow, Moscow City Pedagogical University will hold a unique computer game for teachers and school principals from 80 regions of Russia in a remote format, which will help them “live” several years of real school life, teach them to develop children’s talents even better.
The simulators on which the “students” will work out are called “Success of every child” and “Effective leader of an educational organization.” It is assumed that one hour of work on each of them will simulate a year of a teacher’s normal school life. It is impossible and even necessary to make mistakes in the game: it is by analyzing the mistakes that the simulator will determine the weak points in the work of teachers and principals, and then select the correct behavioral cases for each of them.
Thus, teachers will learn to analyze their approach to communication with students, and school principals will test their skills in managing an educational institution.
