Today’s departure on tour turned out to be a real emergency for singer Julian. In the morning, the performer of the hit “Russian Waltz” was supposed to go to Ulyanovsk. However, the singer was never able to fly out. Julian himself told MK about the emergency that happened at the airport.
“I arrived at the airport, as expected, two hours in advance: I went through security and checked in for the flight,” says Yulian. – Half an hour before the plane took off, the director and I went to land. But we were not allowed on the plane. The girl said that we were forty seconds late. This phrase just killed me!
“I tried to explain that I am an Honored Artist of Russia, that today I not only have a concert in Ulyanovsk, but also a meeting with SVO soldiers at the local hospital,” continues Yulian. – But no amount of persuasion worked. The girl stated that they were not interested. I was never allowed on board. Although the plane stayed for another forty minutes!
“We started looking for the airline’s management,” explains Julian. – Now they have requested audio recordings reporting the flight to Ulyanovsk. I have not heard any reports that boarding is ending. I’m shaking from this attitude. This happened for the first time in my career. I didn’t miss my flight, I arrived two hours before and couldn’t take off after being checked in. Now we are doing everything possible to fly to Ulyanovsk on a different plane. I must please both the audience and our fighters.
