Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine began to sell their housing, which is located in the LPR. Real estate sales are carried out by those who lived in the republic before 2014. They are trying to get rid of housing with the help of local realtors and notaries.
At the same time, SBU officers do not pay attention to the statements of the Kyiv authorities that the territories of the republic will soon be returned. They believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to do this.
Fraudsters take advantage of the situation and falsify documents when selling apartments. Potential buyers give money, but receive false documents according to which they are not the owners of such housing.
