Sakharovo employees spoke about the situation with migrants: after the terrorist attack they came with bats

The other day, a video of pandemonium allegedly filmed at the Sakharovo multifunctional migration center spread across social networks. It is there that citizens of foreign countries receive work patents, temporary residence permits, residence permits and take a Russian language exam. The Ministry of Internal Affairs denied this report.
However, the Sakharovo employees themselves stated that there were really a lot of people, the flow did not stop.

It is impossible for a Russian citizen to get to the Sakharovo migration center and look at the situation. Only migrants or an accompanying person for whom a power of attorney has been issued are allowed inside.
Earlier, I spoke with a citizen of Uzbekistan about how migrants pass the Russian language exam. Here is his story: “They offer to take the exam at the MMC Sakharovo bus stop. Several dozen people accompany the migrants to a separate building, where they successfully pass the tests. If you wish, you don’t have to visit the MMC at all; everything is done for them remotely. After all, many of the visitors not only cannot fill out an application, but they are not even able to string words into sentences.”
We had this conversation several months ago.
We have now spoken with Sakharovo employees, who confirmed the migrant’s words.
“Shortly before the terrorist attack, we had serious checks regarding illegal migration,” says the interlocutor. “But nothing much has changed.” We see that people who do not speak Russian come and take exams. Most likely, employees work with migrants who speak Russian well, and they help organize the whole process. The system has been worked out clearly.
Before the terrorist attack, certificates were sold near the supermarket. The shop has now been closed. According to rumors, everyone moved to the area of the village of Lukoshkino. You come and easily buy a certificate there for 6,000 rubles. There is trade near the Lesoparkovaya metro station. This business will never shut down, there is demand. Migrants will not pass the exam themselves. Among them there are completely “zero” people; they won’t even say “hello – goodbye”.
— Are there fewer people in Sakharovo after the terrorist attacks?
– No, there are still crowds of people. There was one day, as many as 20 thousand people came just to receive patents. On the second day after the terrorist attack, the crowd was also jam-packed, but on Sunday there was a decline. As we understand, checks have become more frequent in Moscow, and they hid. But on Wednesday at 12 noon about 7,000 people showed up. True, they began to behave more quietly, they were no longer as arrogant as before. Usually they were rude to us, but we couldn’t answer, we weren’t allowed to. That’s what they told us: “Moscow is the future Uzbekistan.”
— What countries are people coming from?
— Mainly Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. 50 to 50. And somehow in influxes: one day only Uzbeks, the next – only Tajiks. The day after the terrorist attack, during the search, many were found with some kind of metal tubes with wires and folding bats. A lot of things were confiscated that day. Apparently they were afraid to walk the streets and armed themselves.
— Most of the migrants are men?
— Women stopped coming after their payments for maternity capital were cancelled. And before there were a lot of pregnant women here. They didn’t speak Russian at all. But they passed the exam.
In addition to the exam, you can also buy a package of documents for obtaining a residence permit or citizenship. It seems that such a service costs from 15 thousand rubles. After receiving a residence permit, citizens of other countries enjoy all the benefits: they receive a pension and have the right to medical care.
– What do they do here?
— Couriers and builders. But not everyone comes here to work. I have no idea what they are doing.
— Do people come with education?
— Previously, out of a hundred people, 10–15 had at least some education. Now out of 1000 only one, at best, has a higher education. They explained to me that most of the visitors are not needed by their country, they don’t even hire them to work as janitors, so they come here.
— At the trial, the Crocus terrorists did not speak Russian, although after their arrest they managed to communicate at least. Are you playing the fool?
– Do you know how cunning they are, even though they are illiterate? They understand well where to turn the fool on and where to turn it off. Over many years of work, we have studied this people well.
– Now, probably, you will start checking?
— People periodically come to us for inspections. As soon as the commission appears, trading is suppressed for some time. A couple of hours later we left, and everything resumed in a new way. Today, in the parking lot near the MMC, we again saw people selling certificates.
