Sailing competitions began in Sochi today

Yacht competitions will take place in the waters of the Olympic capital until April 4. The first race is scheduled for Monday, April 1st.
How reports official Telegram channel of the Professional Sailing League, March 30 and 31 are allocated for preparing yachts and teams for the tournament. In total, 48 yachtsmen from all over Russia will participate in the competition.
Today there will be a draw that will distribute all athletes into 12 teams. They will compete on a yacht of the MX-700 class, created in St. Petersburg.
Previously “MK in Sochi” wrotethat the first parent regatta in Russia was held in Sochi.
