Today, on July 1, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov met with the participants of the MadWay Rally international project, which takes place in Kyrgyzstan from June 24 to July 1.

Participants test their cars for strength on difficult terrain in various countries, this year the international rally takes place in Kyrgyzstan.

All vehicles are inspired by the post-apocalyptic action movie Mad Max: Fury Road.

Driving one of the MadWay Rally cars, the head of state drove along the mountain roads of the Issyk-Kul region, and also talked with the participants of the international project.





The participants of the rally, most of whom are large entrepreneurs from various countries, briefly spoke about the history of the creation of their project, about the difficulties of the routes during the testing of cars on the mountain passes of the country.

In addition, they noted that the mission of the MadWay Rally project is not only to discover and popularize new routes, but also to actively invest in the transformation and restoration of the places where the races take place. For example, in June this year. they helped clear the abandoned Ornok-Kemin road as a token of gratitude to the people of Kyrgyzstan for their hospitality.

Sharing their impressions of Kyrgyzstan, the participants of the MadWay Rally project noted that they were visiting the country for the first time and were impressed by the beauty of its nature. They also said that along their route in Kyrgyzstan they always met very kind and sympathetic people.

During the conversation, the Head of State expressed his joy that this year the rally is being held in Kyrgyzstan, stressing that the country is always open to such tourism projects, which are also socially oriented.

Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the people of Kyrgyzstan are always happy to welcome guests and are ready to welcome them cordially. Interest in Kyrgyzstan on the part of tourists is great and their number is increasing from year to year. The nature of Kyrgyzstan attracts tourists from all over the world.

“We make sure that high Kyrgyz hospitality is shown to the guests of the country, so that upon returning home, each tourist has a good and pleasant impression of the country, and they will definitely repeat their trip to Kyrgyzstan,” Sadyr Japarov said.
