The representative of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces, Rear Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, during his speech on the issue of partial mobilization, which is being carried out in Russia, announced the possibility of conscripting Russians who had left the country.

“Those who are outside the Russian Federation on a short trip and are registered with the military at their place of residence in Russia can be called up,” Tsimlyansky said.

At the same time, he added that Russians permanently living abroad who are not registered with the military are not subject to partial mobilization.
