According to the authorities, in the Muisky district there is a critical situation with the supply of coal for boiler houses, and therefore a high alert regime has been introduced in the territory.
The document also notes that in connection with the current critical situation, it is necessary to inform citizens about the need to pay off debts for housing and communal services, and resource supply companies must strengthen their efforts to collect debts from consumers.
Earlier, State Duma deputies adopted the law at a plenary session in the second reading on the abolition of bank commissions when paying for utilities for those who need social support. The document will come into force on July 1 next year.
