According to the expert, it is not recommended to start physical activity on an empty stomach. It is necessary to organize a small snack for an hour or two before and after classes. It is better to choose a vegetable salad or yogurt.
The doctor also reminded that during and after classes it is important to restore fluid loss due to profuse sweating. It is advisable to choose ordinary drinking water. Tea and coffee should not be consumed so as not to overload the cardiovascular system, and sweet drinks can only increase thirst.
