“Work of Russia”: two-thirds of Russians would like to work in production
According to a survey conducted on the portal “Work of Russia”, as writes RG.RU” with reference to information from Rostrud, 47% of Russians would like to get a job at a manufacturing enterprise, but 20% cannot do this because of their health.
12% already work in factories, while another 21% do not want to work in the manufacturing sector. The survey was conducted in May and more than 5,000 people from all regions of Russia took part in it.
The main attractive factor of work in production for 42% of respondents is the stability of work. Another 24% believe that work in production gives a visible result, 14% – that production workers are reliable employers, 12% associated such work with high income, 8% – with a good social package.
According to the Deputy Head of Rostrud Denis Vasiliev, industrial enterprises are actively developing in the country and new ones are being opened that need personnel. — turners, seamstresses, engineers, millers, grinders, assemblers, fitters, technologists and other specialists. Employers across the country are looking for such people, Vasiliev noted, and many enterprises offer their employees training and advanced training.
It is also noted that 88% of Russians are convinced of the need to expand targeted training programs with subsequent guaranteed employment at the enterprise.
