Near the ground border crossings from the Russian Federation to neighboring countries, their own “susanins” appeared. The most harmless ones simply teach everyone in RuNet, and the most extreme ones promise to personally translate “over the cordon” on foot, by swimming and even by air, if only there was an advance payment. We have studied the most original proposals.

To begin with, we recall Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal crossing of the State Border of the Russian Federation is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the wage or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to eighteen months, or by compulsory labor for a term of up to two years, or by deprivation of liberty for that same term.”

However, last week’s hit parade of proposals from “extreme Susanins” was headed by a hike through the swamps across the Finnish border, swimming by sea in the hold of a private yacht to Turkish shores and flying by helicopter from Vladikavkaz to Georgia. All resourceful guides demanded a 50% prepayment of the cost of their services, starting from 100 thousand rubles from the bow, and the yacht cost even from 150. depersonalized network wallets, and some even in cryptocurrency.

But all these scams pale in comparison with the proposal to cross the Ossetian-Georgian border in a balloon, while admiring the tangerines that have ripened below. Such an announcement appeared on social networks, allegedly from representatives of the local aeronauts’ club, who asked, compared to others, surprisingly inexpensive – only 10 thousand per person. But money up front.

“If we talk about aeronautics, then theoretically it is possible,” answers the question of whether this is a fake, a member of such a club on the territory of Ossetia. – In the announcement they promise to deliver to Martkopi, this village, from Upper Lars to it about 170 km. This distance from the arsenal of the club of aeronauts can be done not only by a balloon, but also by a motorized hang glider (a paraglider with a motor – Auth.), and, of course, a helicopter and a light aircraft. But if we talk about crossing the border, then it is hardly possible, because an aircraft that not only flew over Georgian territory, but also landed and disembarked passengers, cannot go unnoticed from below. My opinion: these are either swindlers, or, as they say now, courage and dementia.

“Crossing the state border in a balloon or in any other exotic way is no different from any other violation of it,” warns lawyer Yury Denisov. – Each country has its own punishment for illegal border crossing, but in any case, it is the detention of the offender until the circumstances are clarified and a ban on legal entry for a long time or forever.

By the way, the official stamp on crossing the border, which the “Susanins” promise to “organize” on the other side, will also apply to the same violation. It is impossible to “organize” a stamp, it can only be obtained at the checkpoint. And also keep in mind that the air defense services of the country whose borders are violated have the right to destroy any unauthorized aircraft in their sky.

– There were no inventors in the chats on the transition in Upper Lars, – shares a Muscovite who has carefully studied the issue, having lived at the desired turn for three days in his own car. – And they offered to skip the line, and to carry in a back with tangerines, like Cheburashka. Just give me the money in advance, and the rest, they say, you will already give back on the other side. And almost all of them have 10 thousand. When I heard this dachshund, I immediately realized that this was a crook. It is inconvenient for them to fight quite a lot, and 10 thousand, in their opinion, will not ruin the departing.

According to our interlocutor, while he was studying exotic ways of crossing from local horsemen, his turn came in due course. Recall that last week 69.5 thousand people crossed the Ossetian-Georgian border, most of them to the Georgian side.
