But everything is organized clearly: the traffic controller at the entrance to the center distributes the flow of cars, giving everyone the opportunity to unload the brought humanitarian aid from the trunk.
At the entrance there are several tables at which volunteers sit. The girls take packages and write down their contents in a special journal in order to transfer the cargo for sorting … Cars drive up, unload. New ones take their place. It seems that the whole of Antalya is here…

Stanislav is 27 years old, he moved to Antalya in February last year. In his hands are huge bags filled to the brim with baby food and diapers. “I have two children myself, so it’s hard to see children suffering there. Many died, but many were left homeless and now they have no clothes, no food, no shelter – where can I get all this? Of course, I wanted to help. You can’t hide from such a powerful earthquake, everyone understands that there can be aftershocks. A monstrous element, a terrible tragedy, ”he shared with MK.
A lot of Turks. Some collected humanitarian aid from acquaintances in order to centrally deliver it to collection points. “My cousin’s house collapsed. At the time of the incident, he was in another city, so he survived. Of course we are all shocked. We are very lucky that our family was not affected by the worst. Now they are coming to me.”
On Monday, February 6, two earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 occurred in the southeast of Turkey. According to the latest data, the death toll exceeded 3.4 thousand people, 20 thousand were injured, 5,775 buildings collapsed. A seven-day nationwide mourning for the victims of the natural disaster has been declared in the country.
