As shown interview research center Superjob, the number of conflicts at work has increased in Russia. The share of respondents who did not have work conflicts decreased from 53% in 2021 to 49% in 2023. Compared to the pre-Covid 2019, it fell by more than a third (from 77%). At the same time, every fourth (25%) named colleagues as the initiator of the last quarrel, 7% – other people, only 3% – themselves.
Compared to pre-Covid times (2019), the number of conflicts with both management and subordinates has increased. In both cases, respondents are more likely to blame the other party or third parties.
In the comments to the answers, the respondents noted that not only work matters, but also personal life, issues of organizing office space, political views, and so on can serve as a reason for a quarrel.
