Russians explained how to return money for a trip to Israel

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has provided detailed instructions to tourists wishing to return funds for paid trips to Israel.
First, tourists should send a request to terminate the contract or change it to the tour operator. This will allow you to begin the process of resolving the issue before going to court. In the application sent to the tour operator, it is necessary to refer to Article 14, Article 132 of the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Tourism Activities in the Russian Federation” and the recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
If the tour operator does not respond to the demand or does not get in touch, tourists have the right to immediately go to court, referring to the same legislative norms and recommendations of the ministry.
It should be remembered that in case of termination of the contract before the start of the trip, the tourist will be refunded the full amount corresponding to the total cost of the tourism product. If the decision to terminate is made after the start of the trip, only part of the funds is returned, proportional to the cost of services not provided to the tourist.
