Due to a doctor’s mistake, a teacher from Severouralsk will have to undergo surgery to shorten her leg. The reason for this was the mistakes made by Sverdlovsk doctors, writes the Ural Mash telegram channel.
According to the source, the 27-year-old teacher was climbing over the fence and was injured. At a local hospital she was diagnosed with a broken ankle. Later, she turned to doctors in Yekaterinburg, who told her that she had injuries in several places and needed surgery.
The girl was given screws and knitting needles, and on the third day a plaster cast was applied. After the operation, the teacher began to suffer from pain.
She turned to the Chaklin Institute for an opinion. There she was informed that all the attending doctors had made a mistake and now it was necessary to shorten her leg.
The girl went to court and won compensation of one million rubles, but she had to quit her job.
