A review of a Russian tourist who recently visited Turkey and visited the Beldibi resort, located in the Kemer region, was published on the Yandex.Zen platform in the “Subtleties of Tourism” channel.
The girl complained about the complete lack of comfortable infrastructure in the hotel and service. According to her, the resort looked like a “backwater”, since beyond its borders there were only “ruins, abandoned and wastelands.”
Among other things, she compared the infrastructure of a five-star hotel with the level of an “old three-ruble note”.
“Our room had a terrible atmosphere, everything was very old, and it was completely unpleasant to touch the plumbing. The wallpaper was held on with adhesive tape, the air conditioner worked in its own mode and was not controlled from the remote control. It happened that it turned on in the middle of the night and froze up to 16 degrees, and did not work at all during the day, ”the traveler writes.
She clarified that the hotel did not give her a bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. The rooms were not cleaned, bed linen was not changed during the week. The toilets located in the building were very dirty, and there were catastrophically enough sunbeds on the beach.
“In discos, we were forced to listen to Russian pop music from 2013. It’s more like bullying. Vacationers tried to persuade the DJ to turn on other music, but he has his own vision of the festive atmosphere. There is no more desire to return to Turkey,” she stressed.
