The Industrial District Court of Perm sentenced a local resident to a fine of one thousand rubles because of the rainbow flag that was hung in the window of her house. This is stated in the publication on official website court.
It is noted that the police officers and the judge considered that the accused demonstrated LGBT symbols (the International LGBT Social Movement is recognized as extremist and is prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation), having committed an offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code.
