A 23-year-old resident of Kazan will be tried for the transfer of her newborn son to another family, which she found in one of the social networks, reports website KP.RU.
The accused told the investigation that she gave birth to a child in December 2020, and then realized that she did not have money to feed him. Then she decided to give the boy to wealthier people. The girl found on social networks a family from Pyatigorsk, who could not have her own baby and invited them to Kazan. The accused worked in court and was able to formalize paternity through the court to the head of the family from Pyatigorsk, after which the child was taken to the Stavropol Territory. At the same time, the defendant did not take money for the transfer of the boy.
Everything was revealed when the family after some time decided to divorce and the father went to the police and told how they had a child. The boy was seized from the family and handed over to his grandmother in Tatarstan, and a criminal case was opened against his mother. Now the girl faces up to six years in prison.
