Traffic police officers in the Leningrad region detained a 14-year-old teenager who was driving a car without a license, reports Telegram channel “78 | NEWS”.
The traffic cops demanded that the driver stop due to violation of car tinting rules. When he did not comply with the requirement, the inspectors first went in pursuit of him, and then fired one shot into the air and three aimed at the car from their service weapons.
The teenager who was behind the wheel did not have the right to drive a vehicle and, according to preliminary data, used his mother’s car without permission.
