Hundreds of dzeren broke through the fences of the Transbaikal State District Power Plant
A herd of hundreds of Red Book gazelles broke through on the territory of the Kharanorskaya hydroelectric power station in the Trans-Baikal Territory. The video was published by the publication “Okhotniki.ru”.
Even the fences did not stop the animals: the footage shows how the ungulates make their way through the damaged fence.
The gazelle, or the Mongolian gazelle, or the goat antelope is an ungulate animal of the genus gazelle of the bovid family. The body weight of adult males at the end of autumn can reach 52 kilograms, females – up to 36-38 kilograms.
The dzeren is one of two representatives of antelopes living in Russia, and one of the few species of wild ungulates in Eurasia that have retained high numbers and a wide range.
