She assures that under no circumstances should you sell your card. “If there is something illegal, no one will be able to figure out who sold the card and why,” explains the student.
According to Vladimir Khimenko, a security expert at the Ural State Administration of the Bank of Russia, such a scheme, at first glance, does not pose any threat. However, by participating in this, you need to understand that you automatically become involved in illegal activities.
