Former assistant judge Natalya Usanova decided to sell a kidney for parole
Former assistant judge Natalya Usanova from the Saratov region, who was sentenced to 15 years in the case of organizing gambling, is going to sell a kidney in order to be released ahead of schedule. Baza writes about it.
The woman was convicted in 2015 for participation in a criminal organization, substitution of financial documents and violation of the right to authorship. She served ten years in IK-8 in the Kostroma region. Now the culprit is in the Smolensk colony. During her release, Usanova received over 30 awards.
The woman applied for parole, to which she became eligible after serving almost the entire term. She has 3 years left before her release.
Representatives of the colony approved the request of the woman sentenced to parole, while the judge rejected her request, since she has a debt of 500 thousand rubles assigned in the verdict.
According to Usanova, she did not pay it, since the convict’s salary is less than the minimum wage.
The children are waiting for her at home, so she plans to sell the kidney on the recommendation of the prosecutor. Now Usanova’s lawyer is preparing a request to the Moscow Center for Transplantation for permission to perform the operation.
