Russian pop MMA fighters Vladimir Polozov and Svyatoslav Kovalenko fought at a press conference dedicated to the upcoming fight between them.
According to the TV channel REN TV, Polozov, during the presentation of his meeting with Kovalenko, attacked his opponent, which led to a fight. The fighters had to be separated at the event.
After they were separated, Polozov shouted:
“You don’t need to distort my name, understand? Where is your fight that was so praised?
The TV channel reports that the conflict between them occurred even earlier. The reason was the comments of rivals under a post about Alexander Emelianenko. Polozov recorded a video message to Kovalenko, who ridiculed him.
