Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, published in her telegram channel list of Ukrainian military personnelwhom Kyiv refused to take away as part of the exchange of prisoners between the Russian and Ukrainian sides.
The list contains the names of 70 soldiers.
As Moskalkova noted, “the Ukrainian side did not want to exchange these servicemen for our guys.”
The Ombudsman suggested: “As they say, draw your own conclusions.”
The day before, Moskalkova said that instead of an exchange in the “160 for 160” format, Ukraine agreed to extradite and receive only 90 people.
At the same time, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, said that 130 prisoners of war were returned to Ukraine as part of this exchange.
